Property investments in Denmark and the rest of West
Europe do not have the best yields at this moment quite different to the market
in East Europe, especially at the Polish market. Typical profit in our projects
is from 16 % up to more than 30%

change towards a market economy and this has had a very positive effect on the

There is a growing trend towards property investment
in Eastern Europe and we can offer both small and large projects such as golf
resorts, golf courses, hotels, shopping malls and larger property complexes.
The risk in our projects is at the same level or less compared to the same
kind of projects in Western Europe. We only work with very well established
local lawyers and accountant firms, and if the project cannot live up to our
demands, we do not enter that project. As we always co-invest in our projects,
we can guarantee the seriousness of the project, and that everything about the
project is taken into consideration.
