The risk in our projects is at the same level or less compared to the same kind of projects in Western Europe. We only work with very well established local lawyers and accountant firms, and if the project cannot live up to our demands, we do not enter that project. As we always co-invest in our projects, we can guarantee the seriousness of the project, and that everything about the project is taken into consideration.
