East Invest ApS has been operating on the East European property market for many years, and the development has been similar in each country. There is a growing trend towards property investment in Eastern Europe and we can offer both small and large projects such as golf resorts, golf courses, hotels, shopping malls and larger property complexes.

The risk in our projects is at the same level or less compared to the same kind of projects in Western Europe. We only work with very well established local lawyers and accountant firms, and if the project cannot live up to our demands, we do not enter that project. As we always co-invest in our projects, we can guarantee the seriousness of the project, and that everything about the project is taken into consideration.
